Lean Manufacturing Solutions Partnership, Inc. (LMSPI) is not a group of theorists, but practicing professionals with hands on experience in six sigma, Lean management and processes, TPM, 5s, TPM, SMED, Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri, quality and continuous improvement, lean training and implementation, six sigma training and process management just to name a few. 

The LMSPI team are highly experienced Lean implementation professionals with tens of millions of dollars in quantifiable return for their clients each year. Each LMSPI practitioner has over 20 years experience utilizing Lean principles to drive improvements in the supply chain, warehouse, logistics, human resources, business administration, engineering, design and manufacturing operations.

The experience of LMSPI is applied from senior management to the shop floor.  LMSPI has worked in hundreds of manufacturing facilities across four continents focused on management alignment, strategic improvement planning, executive coaching, process capability and stability, flow creation, work standardization, visual management and simultaneous engineering.
